I have had an issue with every new contact I create in Exchange 2000. I am getting a standard NDR from my own server saying the user doesn't exist in our domain.
The e-mail address could not be found. Perhaps the recipient moved to a different e-mail organization, or there was a mistake in the address. Check the address and try again. The MTS-ID of the original message is:c=US;a= ;p=Company;l=Mailserver-030925135512Z-306

The contact I am creating is for a user in another domain outside the company. I have roughly 40 contacts that I have created over the past year that work fine.
This started to happen once I added the latest security pacthes and Win2K sp4. I don't want to assume this is what caused it.
Would anyone have any idea's what might be causing this?
