Hi,

I am trying to integrate a speech recognition system with the MX-One TSW on site.

What I am trying to do is set the system so that calls come into the exchange, connect to the system and then contact the operator if they can't get through to the person they need via this route.

The problem I am having is that the main DDI for the switchboard is also the same as the common operator group and therefore I can't set the system to use that number to dial the operator as it won't work.

I can't use 0 as that would mean that all internal traffic would be able to bypass the system also.

Can anyone help as, when I try to set up a new CORG to do this, it tells me that the OACC I'm trying to use is out of range so I'm obviusly trying to change the wrong parameters or using the wrong numtype somewhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
