New CM 5.2.1 install onto a S8800 Server

Hi guys,

I am currently doing a new install of a CM running R015x.02.1.016.4 on a S8800 server, everything has been fine until i rebooted the server.

When i rebooted the server it does not come back up but just sits in a continous reboot, i am able to access the system for a short amount of time where i can check the alarms which state:

almsummary:4:Unable to connect to CommunicaMgr

It then reboots again.

When i check the processes through the web pages they all say down, i then have to putty to the box and manually start the processes by typing the command start -ac.

All is ok until i do a reboot again!

I have applied the latest Cm 5.2.1 Service Pack which is 3 but i am still receiving the same issue.

Has anybody come across this before?

have you connected a monitor onto the server when it boots up etc.

I had an issue whereby the server would go through the bootup process and it would hang when it couldn't find an ntp server and subsequently reboot.
 
I'll be installing the same in 2 months using E164 dial plan, hope avaya fix some issue before i install :)
 
Unfortunatley i have not had a chance to connect a monitor to the server as i am in a remote location and do not have direct physical access to the server.
