I have created a new client and keep getting this message when trying to backup a file system: When i start it under Group Control.
01/16/09 10:42:07 nsrd: savegroup info: starting WeeklyFull_T4 (with 1 client(s))
01/16/09 10:42:07 nsrd: savegroup notice: WeeklyFull_T4 completed, total 1 client(s), 0 Hostname(s) Unresolved, 0 Failed, 1 Succeeded.

Also in the logs it says level=skip, when in the I have All and also tried / . And in the Pools tab I have level marked as Full and manual. How do I change it from level=skip to level=full.

Thanks for any help

Hello,

check the client schedule (might be 'default' for a new client), not the saveset list.

Or try 'savegrp -c your_client -l full -G WeeklyFull_T4' in order to perform a forced full.

Don't forget that a schedule set for the group will override the one for the client.
Also it is possible that you have selected the level skip for the group.
