New client install Ellipse 5.2.3 possible Citrix errors

We have installed 5.2.3 on a new production server.
The testing of the client is complete with no errors or issues experienced.
We have a single Citrix licence to enable testing via our thin client.After login there is an Error message The error is:
'Exeption EOleError in module VCL30.dpl at 00014244
Error creating system registry entry'
When trying to open any MSQ screens. (There are no errors when opening MSO or MSB's). The following error is displayed:
MSQ600 does not exist or not correctly installed.
I suspect a permissions settings issue.

We had the same problem with the fat client. We were pointing to the wrong instance for the application.
This was resolved by changing the instance on the Ellipse configuration on the Control panel.
