Hello,

got a problem with an added Citrix Administrator. I assigned him custom rights as the administrator may only log-off user sessions.

I checked the following boxes:
- Log on to Citrix Management Console
- Log off Users
- View Session Management

When I logon with the newly added Citrix administrator to the CMC, the folders "Applications" and "Citrix Administrators" are available to him. This is not right; I don't want to give him these rights. The checkboxes for those items are unchecked so I don't understand why these items are still available for the account.

The account is not member of any domain group but the Domain Users group.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried to access any of those areas? Users with Custom settings will see everything, but not be able to access or change those items they don't have rights to.
