New CDN Set up error code SCH0706

Hi folks,

I am trying to put new TN agents into a new CDN, just because i don't to mess up with the existing configuration ..
I listed all all the CDN,just beacause i don't want to play with an available one within the system, my new CDN is not part of that list, i did the same with the ACDN number, also my new ACDN number is not part of that list, the creation of the new ACDN was perfect,however,for the new CDN i got the error code

SCH0706
Google this error code i found a shorter number already exist

But no number ACDN_ CDN_ DN even login ID is not equal to this number ,

Please help me to find out what could be the cause.

Its pretty clear but an example would be you are trying to add 1234 and say the SPRE code on your system is 12 so a shorter clashing number already exists.

If you had no clue what the number that clashes is then you can find out by printing the DNB

LD 20
REQ prt
TYPE dnb
CUST 0
DN <-- a shorter number than the one you are trying to add so adding 1234 try 123 dont find anything try 12 etc.

Setup a capture file and repeat the DNB test as bignose21 has suggested, but don't enter in a number. Just press enter until it outputs all the numbers on the system. Then look for any conflicts.

Okay _ Got the new phone fixed,i did simple , i picked up number on the list of the available DN, the no error messaging.

But is someone of you already experience this behavior,

When i logged in to the phone instead of the Agent name it display GRP XXXX SPV PRIORITY 1

However i can see the agent is currently login in .

Ah_ Ok , as i just build a new TN let me acquire it again within the CCCMA, but i remember i saw this for even one that was well acquired .

Hello Guys,

My issue could be weird, but it is...
This is the first that happened to since i build cool stuff configuring new TN agent in CS1k, but the issue is not within the PBX side_
It is about acquiring new TN in CCMA, it shown Acquired Pending...Failed then Not acquired ... I wonder what could be the first task .

Acquired TN first then configure TN agent on PBX side ...vice versa, again that's sounds odd ,or if the CDN is new , do i have to acquired the CDN first and do all the rest, once again that 's sounds odd_ Although, i delete the entry for the TN, acquired that not enough to fix this problem.
I waiting for you for any suggestion that could help me .

1. Create the ACDN on the PBX
2. Create the agent (TN) on the PBX
3. Creat the CDN on the PBX

Access CCMS and login into CCMA
1. Add TN, configure as NOT VOICEPORT, acquire, refresh list
2. Add CDN, acquire, refresh list
3. Create the agent, assign login ID, assign skillsets and anything else necessary to complete the agent profile.
4. Add CDN to Master Script and associate primary script to CDN or execute directly from the master script.

Optional
1. PRT TNB and verify the TN is acquire my CCMS
2. login the agent
3. Take set out of NRD
4. from another phone, dial the CDN
5. Agent phone should ring if your script is correct.

Got it working for now.It was with the TN acquired, since no agent were logged in, i reboot the server, acquired the TN as new then it works.
