Hey guys.

I have a pdf formatted Call Traffif guide from our supplier and am trying to put this into TABS. I am using the Pricing option on the TABS configurator, but I'm not 100% certain this is the way to go. I have the costs in the neccessary columns, but cannot get the figures to match my expectations

Any ideas?

Hi,

Could be missing something but isn't the pdf file used for formatting the incomming call records from the pbx into the tabs system? Or are you referring to a adobe pdf file?
So if you want to enter costing information into this system you need something else.
Could be done with a so called vlists?
Or have some fun filling it in manually.
