New call manager user/ basic questions

Hi i am new to call manager we have 3.1 onsite. i would like to know how to

1. add a new user or turret.

2. delete a user or turret.

3. change name of user.

4. change the extension of user.

I would highly recommend buying the following book;

Cisco IP Telephony (CIPT) (Authorized Self-Study), 2nd Edition

Now that book is actually for the 4.1 CCM, but it should help quite a bit.

On that site you can register for 10 days free trial, and they have stacks of cisco books you can view online. Should get you going

or you can just go to cisco.com and download the administration guide for FREE!!!
I would not buy a book written for 4.1 as it is too old and outdated.
