Hello all,
I was gifted a 2-piece cable tester for RJ-11 & RJ-45 cables. Nifty piece. It is made by the well-known brand "Computer Network" and the model number is "Cable Tester".
Anyway, the switch has 3 positions, I understand 'OFF' and 'ON' but there is a third choice "S". When a working cable is plugged in the lights blink in sequence indicating a good connection, in 'S' the lights blink slower.
Could...it...be...that...S...means...slower? Or can someone else solve the myStery?
Thanks
Tony
