New BDC is grayed out in Server Manager why

WE have a mix of NT 40 and 2000 server domain.The PDC is a WIn NT 4.0 box.We had just added a new BDC WIn NT 4.0 to the domain, no problems yet.THe BDC is now in the domain.Logged on to the domain thru the BDC,I can ping all other machines on the domain,see all other pcs thru network neighborhood,also see the new BDC thru server manager on the new BDC.Yet when I go to server manager on any other BDC or the PDC the new BDC is grayed out.ALso veiwing thru Network Neighborhood on any other machine on the domain the new BDC is not to be seen.
Any Ideas about this/
