New BCM User question 1

We just got our New BCM 400 and I love it.

We are having one problem that I believe is very easy to fix.

When I am on the phone and I get a second call it goes directly into voicemail. It does not give me the optoion to pick up the second line. This happens on all of our phone sets.

Does anyone have any clue.

How many intercom buttons do you have programmed on the set? You might just need to add one more.
 
I have two Intercom Buttons Programed on every set.

 
Sounds like Call Forward on Busy is enabled. Go into Services, Telephony Services, System DN's, Active Set DN's (DN in Question), Capabilites, Call Forward.
