We installed a new BCM 50 R6 about a month ago and it was working fine until yesterday. For some reason the BCM decided to drop the programmed individual target lines for each user and replace it with the main number target line. We tried a backup restore and it still didn't replace the target lines. We had to manually replace them again and the customer is now having serious doubts. Anyone have any idea about what could be happening? There are no major alarms nor have there been any power outage related problems.

That's wierd. What is the patching level at?. Have you looked in the Alarm section for any clues?.
