New BCM 50 Installation

I have a BCM 50 brand new, unused. I plugged it in and have both 2 solid green lights on the system. I plugged a pact patch cord into the OAM port of the BCM and the Ethernet port of my computer. I enter the IP address of 10.10.11.1, and I get a pop up that says the following: "the server 10.10.11.1 at BCM requires a username and password"
What username and password do I enter?

I want to access the "web interface/element manager" to program the BCM.

Is this the correct way in going about getting this done?

Please advise?

by default the username is "nnadmin" and the password is "ChgMePls!"

first thing youll probably want to do is click on the bottom link 'documentation', and then 'select content'.

read through
BCM50 Installation Checklist and Quick Start Guide,
BCM50 Installation and Maintenance Guide.

youll probably spend alot of time in BCM50 Administration Guide, BCM50 Device Configuration Guide.

all of those PDFs above are dealing with the BCM 'Element Manager' software aspect of the device configuration, which deals with the operations of the device itself, and stuff like physical incoming lines, telephone sets, behavior of what happens when a line rings, etc.

but aside from that software, there is alot of configuration you have to do in the CallPilot manager, which deals mostly with stuff like voicemail boxs, and the auto attendant settings.

it isnt the most difficult thing to get configured but it certainly isnt the easiest either.
