I am switching a system from a 400 to 450 and we have the keycode migration so it shows valid 8 IP trunks in the VO/IP trunks. Im trying to setup up the site to point to but when I go to Resources->Telephoney Resources->IP trunks. Nothing shows up under when I highlight IP trunks. It just has an hour glass for about 5 mins and does nothing. It shows enabled. Am I missing something?

Is there a way to move programming over from the 400?

For the programming if the system waqs a 4.0 there is a data migration tool you can down load and move the info. And the trunks do you see any in the line programming under active VoIp trunks. You need to configure them.

You may need to upgrade the Bus Element Mgr by installing from the 450 if you haven't done so already.

New Element manager worked!
Also trying the data migration tool. How long does it take to get the info. Its been going for 40 mins and at step 48 Sets and lines. How many steps are there do you know? Does everything copy over? Do you know if we need to reinstall all of the unified messaging clients that were on 4.0 to work with the new 5.0? We have roughly 80 users and just trying to plan my time work next week if I need to reinstall everything.

Thanks, and sorry for all the questions just new with the 450

Everything should copy over. You should download any clients you're using e.g. unified messaging, Lan/Cte, etc.
