We have a new BCM 450 6.0 installed this week for a client. Replaced a 4.0 BCM 400.
The issue we have is they are on full auto attendent. We have it set to 2 rings to answer on all 8 lines. If you go into voicemail programming and do a change. The system automaticly answers after 1 ring screwing up the caller ID...
We need to reboot to make it work right again... This was an issue on BCM50 5.0 until a patch was sent out any ideas since we do not see any patches for the BCM450 to fix this ???
