While patching a new BCM 37 with the 3.7 Cumulative patch 1, the system locked up during the core upload step. I am used to issues with patching with Windows XP, so I waited 30 minutes and rebooted ( Bcm LEDs were normal at this point )
After repeated attempts to reconnect to the patch, I ended up starting the MSC upload via serial cable. After this, the BCM went into a reboot routine. I also did a Universal Profile.
After some troubleshooting and many reboots, my LEDs came up ok. But I can not now get into Unified Manager ( Cannot connect to BCM server ). I can get into callpilot programming though.
Any thoughts ? Of course this a major customer and has to be done tomorrow.
