New Authcode for extesnio

Hi,

please help how to create a new authcode in system and once it's done then how it's work. if there is any possibility for speed-dial in extension. I mean to say that, if i have phone book in phone and added some numbers then i need to dial like 1, 2 or etc after pressing the authcode
