New and need help

Hello everyone,

I have an NX4 configured and I'm at the point where I'd like to copy data over from our Dell server. I'd be copying roughly 2TB of data to a share that was set up on the drive. Using my back up solution (Roxio Retrospect) I get unknown OS errors on 500gb of the 2TB which doesn't copy over. I contacted EMC and they want around 20k to move the data. I was wondering if there was something else I should be looking into using that I don't know. Any help would be very welcomed.

Can you just robocopy the data over? (depending on your platform)
