Our phone guy just left and I'm trying to figure out our Avaya system. I was able to create new agent ID by duplicating from one that was correct. The new IDs work in the system but when the agents manager try to view them in their CMS Supervisor login (Commands>Agent Administration>Change Agent Skills) they are not available to select. Do I need to force a data refresh or how is this accomplished? Thanks!

No, I didn't know about that. It has to be in the dictionary first?

IN essence cms is a big dictionary , so anything you need to report on needs adding in the dictionary , then depending on the addition you may need to give supervisors access to read/write/change ...so if for instance you create a new vdn/vector/skill in CM you then need to add it to the dictionary , then go into the access sub menu and provide intended supervisors with the rights they require
