New 9800 pro problem!

i installed my new 9800 pro and now my idle cpu usage in the task manager is between 16 - 24 percent??? this is much higher than it use to be before i installed the new card. it would always idle around 4 - 6 percent. any ideas?

You can check in task manager what the offending process is!

yes. it's all the same processes as before except for the ati driver...however it's not using cpu usage...although i really notice that cpu goes high after i was playing a game. but on a fresh boot it normal???
