New 18D Switchhook failures 3

Has anyone recently had problems with faulty switchhooks on the new oval button 18Ds? I have had about 5 in the last month where they intermittently "stick" and you have to tap the switchhook until you get dial tone. Black and white ones have had this prob.

We've sent a bunch of 18d's back that have the same problem your talking about. Also a lot of R7 509 processors.

Yes I have seen alot with the new 18D

The problems that the 18D sets are having should be a warning sign to Avaya that Celestica's quality control has slipped.
Avaya may have to do this to Celestica to try to get the quailty level back up.
