New? 1140E Message Key

We have newly aquired some 1140e model phones. Stepping up from the i2004, seems to be pretty good however, the msg key will not call our callpilot. It is mapped MWK on my server but nothing happens when pressed. Any Ideas?

Also need to have CLS MWA.

If you don't have MWA in the CLS you can't assign key 16
