Never Volunteer - Password-protected Excel Workbook

Good morning, I volunteered to have a look at some macros in an Excel Workbook but it is extremely locked down and password protected. I have downloaded password_2015.xlam and this has put in a "Straxx" Menu as an add-in but I can't get to use it as this workbook has all the menu items etc. hidden. Naturally I can't get into the VBA to do anything about that. I have asked the sender if he knows the originator - hence the password - and am awaiting a response.

I've a feeling my best plan will just be to park it. Does anyone disagree?
