Never Ending backup

Having a problem on two Win2k/Exchange2k servers that I have been backing up for years using NTBackup.

For some reason the scheduled backup tasks never end. If I backup the exchange seperatly from the c:\ drive and the system state it all works fine. This problem just started in the last couple days.

Anyone ever have this problem?
