Hi:

We have a 2 ipldk60 with Voip Trunks
The problem is:
When I dial from analog set from ipldk 1 to make a PSTN local call in ipldk 2, I caught the remote trunk, but the DTMF tones don´t pass.
However, if I dial from digital set, works fine...
internal calls between ipldk´s works fine..
Any idea?

Hi,

I would check PGM 324 routing table.
Make sure that the Transit out routing is set as PSTN

Eg - Main Site
PGM 324 – NETWORK ROUTING TABLE
BIN 03 (next available)
SYSTEM USAGE FK1 – PSTN (Gives ability to access trunks in Net group 2, by dialing 9)
NET NUMBERING CODE FK2 – 9
NET NUMBER CO GRP FK3 – 02
CPN/DESTINATION VOIP IP FK4 -
ALT SPEED BIN FK5 -
DESTINATION MPB IP FK6 -
DIGIT REPEAT FK7 - NO

Slave Site
PGM 324 – NETWORK ROUTING TABLE
BIN 03 (next available)
SYSTEM USAGE FK1 – PSTN
NET NUMBERING CODE FK2 – 9
NET NUMBER CO GRP FK3 – 01 (VoIP Network trunk group)
CPN/DESTINATION VOIP IP FK4 – 192.168.50.200 (Master system VoIB)
ALT SPEED BIN FK5 -
DESTINATION MPB IP FK6 -
DIGIT REPEAT FK7 – YES

Note: Dialing 9 plus PSTN number, results in call being routed over VoIP trunks to Master system and then out onto PSTN.

Hope this helps

Regards
Steve
