I have a BCM 400 4.0 and a BCM 50 3.0 networked. Both have mcdn and ip trunks. If i call the 400 from the 50 the display shows the business name and the extension name. When I call the 50 from the 400 it only shows the business name not the extension. I thought once you added the business name it just worked, but I guess Im missing something. Any Ideas?

Business name only for business name, OLI must be programmed for ext number......this is done under each set.
