I am now wanting to hook up the computer with 98 on it it was hooked up befor we moved the office but now it dosent conect to the internet or the network how do I get it to see the network??? kenny45_67333@hotmail.com
Please help !!!!!

How are ip addresses allocated on your network? (DHCP or manually)

How is internet access provided?

Do you mean 'hub' (not switch or router?)

Id 98 machine set for client for microsoft networks as primt logon (or at least installed)?

If you run winipcfg, what info is returned?

If everything is theoretically unchanged - ie, you've just moved everything without changing settings - I'd suggest removing networking from 98 machine and then let it find NIC and reinstall (often 'cures' 98 network problems).

Since it doesn't see the internet you could try setting it up again and let it search for the connections. Once it sees the internet networking is easier.
