I've set up VPC with Win2K3 and everything works fine. Two things I want to do.
Be able to use the VPC as a testing app server from Mac. How do I request service from the VPC? (I can do all this within VPC; the webserver works, SQL Server is running, etc.) I'v etried named instances, ip, etc.
When I'm at home or office both the Mac and VPC can access the network, get on the net, etc. When I'm at a client office, I can't get the VPC on the network. The client office uses DHCP. I've tried to use both virtual switch and shared networking. i think the problem is that the Mac acts as a NAT and the office network doesn't like this. Any suggested solutions?
