Networking Win2K and WinXP

I have a PC with Win2K and a Laptop with XP on a wireless network but I can't seem to be able to access one another. Can some one point me in the right direction?

If at first you don't succeed, reboot!

firewall off? can you ping the pc's? did you create shares?

CCNA, CCNP..partly ;)
