I think I figured it out????

I have to change the switch identifiers.

Does anyone know what the switch ID number should be on a Definity Prologix and a Merlin Magix networked via point to point?? The Magix is set to Merlin Network.

I just need to know what the switch numbers are supposed to be for the Merlin Magix acting as the Satelite office with a Definity Prologix????

Thanks,
KILLBOX

I left you a post in the definity forum, as to what problem you are having, but basically your Merlin should be Merlin-Ntwk, clock sync- loop, switch number 51 or greater, etc. etc.

Should DCS be set to yes on the Definity and the PBX # put in there? My tech tried setting that and put 51 there and set the merlin at 52??

Thanks,

okay, first lets pick one forum :) (I just left you a response in the Definity).

it would be very helpful if you could specify the problem, is the t1 not coming up? is the pipe up but you can't make calls? it only works one way?
