I have a BCM 1000 running rls 3.6 and Professional call center. I also have a Norstar MICS running a Cinphony II application. This may be a stupid question, but can the two systems be networked to support each other. I have capability to install a T1 between the two for this purpose. My idea is that, if possible, I could overflow calls from one system to the next. I have two travelgroups supporting state government travel, and I want the overflow to be two way. I will possibly us a PRI pipe between the two systems to do so. My problem will be that I have two sets of reports and will have to mesh the two systems. Any ideas on this one or is there another board I should post this to.

if you looking for a networked ACD (2 separate pbxs - one logical call center)application - then cinphony and BCM call center may not work for you
