Hi,

I have the following problem:

A PC connecting in a switch cannot access the Intranet.
So:
ping on Server which belonging to LAN it's OK
ping to router doesn't respond
Another PCs connected to the same SW are working fine.
After the scanning process with Symantec Antivirus no virus found

Can some tell me how can solve the problem ?

Thanks

Have you tried flushing your DNS cache on the PC? Also, try clearing down the ARP table;

IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS
ARP -D *

If that doesn't help and your PC can ping a server but not a router, and they're both in the same subnet and on the same switch, it could concievably be some devious VLAN configuration on your switch...
