Networking of Hipath 3800 V7 and OSBx5V2

Hi Friends
I have integrated two systems OSBX5 and Hipath 3800 V7 through SIPQ and from OSB it is working fine but from Hipath 3800 unable to dial the OSB extensions.
I am getting the message NOT ACCESIBLE
Is it Hipath 3800 V7 supports the networking with OSBV2 or has to upgrade Hipath 3800 from v7 to v9.
Because in another location same scenario is working fine with hipath 3800 V9.

It could be your routing permissions on the 3800. Sometimes on those systems there are differences in what permissions you need to do things on each side, so on your 3800 you might have to give that route elevated permissions to pass to the other side. It's been 7 or 8 years since I messed with that stuff, but wehn I connected my 3000 to a 9751 Model 80 using CorNet it was important that both sides had adequate permissions to be able to access the other side.

Just throwing that out there for brainstorming.
