Hi

Im trying to network 3 computers together all using windows 2000 SP 4.

The current setup is

ADSL Zoom modem
Ethernet Netgear FS108 Router
3 x PCs using Windows 2000 SP 4

All the comps have identical settings and all in the HOME Workgroup yet only 2 of them are talking to each other. The 3rd is seen on the 2 PCs but cannot be accessed (Network Path not found)

Now on the 3rd PC all it can see is its self on the workgroup.

All settings are set to obtain IP addresses automatically, and all are within NAT using 10.0.0.X IP addresses

Any ideas on how to sort this out?

Cheers

. No blank or empty passwords
. Under TCP/IP, Properties, Advanced, WINS tab, check 'enable Netbios over TCP/IP' on all machines
. Check that the Workgroup name is identical - use all Upper Case characters to avoid problems
. Something: drive, folder, printer, something shared on all machines
. Beware of firewall issues
