Networking Multiple Computers to One Printer

Currently we are using eight computers and one printer, with internet access, connected to a Linksys VPN sixteen port Router (RV0016).

How can I configure our network to allow each computer to print using the Bizhub 350 printer?

Install the driver software and configure as a network printer for each of the workstations that need to access the Bizhub 350. I would assign a static IP address to the printer, that way you always know what its IP address is. No guessing for Windoz...
