I think this should be possible if you Sig.Serv and H.323 trunks or IP peer, whats possible on MD110 is unknown for me...

never met a communications sevice of any type that you can not network the meridian back to. most apps have qsog interace at least..if the ELU32 is running h.323 and an ip stack, it will work, getting both ends on all the same protocols should be your only hurdle
