Networking ARS

We have a Definity and a Magix networked. The problem that we are running into is that after seizing the tie trunk and receiving non-local dial tone we are not able to use the ARS on the non-local system (Definity) although we are able to dial out when we use the trunk access code. We would like to be able to seize the non-local dial tone and then let ARS choose the best route
