Hello.
I hope some one can help.
I have a problem when trying to do a directed recover using Networker User for NT (Networker for NT V 5.5.2)
The server is set to do a full backup of all drives, with no directives set.
However when trying to browse the files to restore in Networker User, all drives appear but the d: drive is only displaying the win32app folder (this is where Networker is installed as this machineine is the Networker Server).
No other folders within this drive are displayed at all.
All other drives C: E: F: etc browse normally.
Our Index files are stored in this folder, and I have checked by using nwadmin that I can view the save set and I have performed a consistency check.
This machine has recently had its dns name changed but no changes were made to IP Addr etc.
The problems seem to have started since then, however
all other functions appear to be working normally, all clients are being backed up and we can browse the restore lists for all other servers.
I have confirmed by wiewing the deamon.log that the machine is indeed backing up all drives.
Unfortunately I do not have a lot of experience with this product, since the guy that normally used to support has left.
If any one can help I would appreciate it very much.
Kind Regards
Pete
