Networker User for Exchange Server and sub domains

Hello,

I've done a search but no joy. I'm in the process of archiving off mailboxes using Networker User for Exchange Server 4.02.

When i drill down to the Private Mailboxes, i only see mailboxes from the domain that the Exchange server is on, and no mailboxes from the subdomains.

Backups work fine on this domain, I just dont see the subdomain mailboxes.

Any suggestions?
