Networker server 6.01 on Windows 2000 with Compaq Autochanger

We are using Compaq ESL9326D Autochanger with 16 tape device.This autochanger is working successfull on NT4+Networker 6.01+patch.
If I configure on W2k+Networker, w2k and networker see only 8 device and Networker work badly.
I use Emulex LP8000 Fibre Channel Controller Card for my backup server and Autochanger connection.

What can I do? Is there any advice?
