You probably do not use a designated cleaning barcode label.

How do I get one of those? Is there a way around that?

I personally had to buy those but your supplier should know.

In our environment, magtapes just have numbers while cleaning tapes start with "CLN".

I found a place on the internet that allows me to print labels from the site in pdf format. I cut them out and adhered them to the tapes and it worked like a charm. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
