Networker exchange cluster backup failure

We have a sporadic failure on backing up the O/S on our Windows 2003 SP2 Exchange cluster ( 3 hosts)- the failure usually occurs on one of the three hosts - the error in the windows application log reads

faulting application nsrexecd.exe version 7.4.3.0 faulting module clusappi.all, version 5.2.3790.3959 fault address
