I wish to find out a networker command to list all previous upgrades and patches applied. Anyone knows this command, please advise. Thanks.

For my knowledge, there is no such command,
'cause almost every patch is a full release of all the binaries.

On Solaris you might try "pkginfo" :

# pkginfo|grep LG
patch LGTOPnsr NetWorker for Solaris (Backup/Recover) Patch 6.0.1-001
