Networker 7.6 getting stuck when clicking on SETUP

Hi All,

I'm running Networker 7.6 on windows 2003 sp2 x32.
When i'm trying to go to:


1. Open the NetWorker Management Console window and select Setup > Setup
System Options.
2. Ensure that RPC ping using UDP when connecting to NetWorker is cleared.

The networker is stuck, how should i do this via command line?

Please advice.
