Networker 7.2.1 creates Defunct zombie processies on redhat 3 1

Any one already Running on Networker 7.3.2 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 4 (Nahant Update 4)Kernel 2.6.9-42.0.2.ELsmp on a DL380 G4 server?

Any Issues on the this configuration?

I have seen some issues on version 7.2.1 running on AS 3 Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 3 (Taroon Update 8). After one backup 300 GB I see a lot of zombie processes running on the server. If I start the same backup the backup will fail saying connection to server "servername" Lost connection to server.
The networker processes for the server will not be running. The only thing I can do is restart the networker server? If I run the same backup it works fine.

Any Ideas??

The difference are due to Linux kernels and NW's multithreading capabilities. Same is true for mozialla.

If you have a 2.6 kernel (RH4), everything will be fine.
