Networker 6.2 Server and Windows 2003 Networker 7.0 Client

Backup Server:
OS: Windows NT 4.0 Srv.
Networker Server Version: 6.2

Backup Client
OS: Windows 2003 Srv.
Networker CLient Version: 7.0

Can i backup the Windows 2003 Server without Problems or must i use the Legato Networker Server Version 7.0???

i have tested a file backup and restore without Problems.

As the 'intelligence' of the software is in the client package, backup and recovery are usually no problems.

However, if there are certain issues that are just
implemented in a later version, this of course cannot work.
