networker 6.1.1 mdb file

Networker 'default' group job failed this weekend. Checked the daemon.log, and noticed the following error:

nsrmmdbd: SYSTEM error: cannot encode msb data in file /nsr/mm/mmvoluJzuia.

networker server running on aix 4.3.3. Anyone ever see this error, and what causes this?
