Hello,

I have a problem with savesets/sessions hung and no sure way to clear them. Over the weekend, a group named "Lab" started with 70 clients. It ran for awhile and then several savesets ended with inactivity timeouts. The Group has since gone from the Running to Cloning state. My problem is that Networker still thinks that it is writing 10 sessions to a volume that is mounted, even though, there has been no activity since yesterday. A ps -ef |grep on nsr does not show nsrexecd running on any of this savesets but the Networker GUI displays them in the Sessions window. Is there a way to force networker to end this phantom sessions and stop this "hung" state without shutting down Networker?

Mike,
try killing the nsrmmd that is controlling the tape drive. Networker will restart the nsrmmd.
