Networked NCP and Breakout

Hi. We have 2 NCP's linked together. Each site can call each other fine. Site B wants to dial external numbers using Site A's ISDN lines. What do I need to do to achieve this. Is it tie tables or ARS?

you use other extension numbers in system number plan and the tie table. you also have to tell the system what lead number goes out the gateway
